OZ1 House Account Opt-In

At the time of purchase of food and beverage in the OZ1 lounge, I may request to have those purchases charged to my account. I will be asked to supply my name or Member Number. The server may ask for verification in the form of the member’s OZ1 keycard, Bluetooth access app, airmen’s certificate or driver’s license.

Each family may only have one House Account using one credit or debit card as the payment method. Should a family member other than the primary account creator ask to charge to the account, the server will require verification via OZ1 keycard or Bluetooth access app. You will be required to pay any charges made on your House Account.

I understand there will be a mandatory gratuity for my server of a minimum of 20% on food and beverage charged to House Accounts. Should I leave the premises without first closing my tab, any amount accrued plus a gratuity of 20% will automatically be charged to my House Account.

I understand my card on file with OZ1 will be used to pay off my House Account balance. Should my card decline payment, I understand my House Account will be suspended until I have supplied working billing information. If I do not supply working payment information within three weeks, OZ1 will suspend my membership until payment is received.

OZ1 will take payment on House Accounts at least monthly, and a receipt for the total will be sent via email. We will only provide detailed receipts upon request, via email. We suggest reviewing charges with your server before adding them to your House Account. Any dispute of charges should be made to OZ1 management. 

I agree to these terms and consent to taking part in the OZ1 House Account program.
